BRENT OSWALD, MBA

PRINCIPAL / LEAN FACILITATOR

A passion for Process Improvement goes hand-in-hand with Brent’s MBA background and has enabled him to be instrumental in introducing Lean Methodology to c|a ARCHITECTS. This Lean approach paired with the history of c|a ARCHITECTS has helped to transform the way we manage and design our projects. Acting as a Third-Party Facilitator for our clients, Brent helps to manage the Pull Planning process as well as our Multi-Day Charrette event. His primary goal is to keep the team focused on the objectives at hand allowing for a more efficient decision making process to occur. In addition to Lean, Brent also focuses on managing our Client Satisfaction Program. Conducting multiple Client Satisfaction interviews throughout the duration of a project as well as providing coinciding improvement plans.
